Winter Blues

I am so ready for winter to be over with. I can't wait for it to be warm and I am able to take Brynn for strollers rides every day. I can tell the cold weather is getting to me and her. Not to mention as soon as it gets warmer we are moving her up to a convertible carseat, she is too heavy to carry around in the infant carrier anymore, but we do it because it helps keep her warm.

Yesterday I went to Indy and got my haircut. I used to go there all the time before I had her, but once I got pregnant I quit going because it was too much of a hassle to try and make it there. I love the girl that cuts my hair there though and she sent me gift certificate a few weeks ago for a free cut and color so I had to take advantage of that. My mom and dad went along as well to watch Brynn while I got my hair done. I got alot of it cut off. I was just ready for a change, I think that I was starting to feel "momish", so I wanted to do something different. I kind of feel like a punk rocker now, but it is fun.

We were supposed to run 7 miles this morning but skipped out because of the nasty weather. We are hoping it is half way decent out tomorrow so we can run it then. I hate being behind but I was not about to run 7 miles on a treadmill this morning.. that is just too far.

Josh went to the IU/Purdue basketball game today. Brynn and I are being lazy. It is 430 and she is still in her pj's. I will just give her a bath and put her in another pair of pj's later. Tonight we are going to an art show with Dan and Sarah, Josh and I neither one know anything about art but it is for charity and it will get us out of the house for alittle while. Grandma Canup is going to babysit Brynn.
