Surprise!!

So I wrote early in the day on Friday, little did I know that night there was a surprise birthday dinner planned for me. I knew we had plans to meet Kelli and Jason for dinner. We always try and get together with them in February because my birthday is the 6th and Josh and Jason's is the 11th.. I knew Bob and Linda were coming to dinner as well.. but I didn't know when I got there that there would be a bunch of other friends and family there too.. it was so nice. I was truly touched that people came that far just to meet up for dinner. It was so special so thank you to everyone that made it.. I really appreciate it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! and Kelli thank you for planning the whole thing. I am sure it took quite some time to get ahold of all of those people and coordinate something!

Brynn started crawling over the weekend. It is so cute. I know she is old enough to do it, but she just seems so little to be on the move. I love watching her crawl. She watches you the whole time to make sure you see what she is doing, like she is so proud of herself.

My parents and sister, brother-in-law, and nephew have been in St. Kit's for a week now. I am ready for all of them to get back.. I forget how often I call my sister or my mom to talk to them on my way to or from work.. I haven't been able to do that since last Tuesday. I feel like I have so much to tell them.

Josh's birthday is tomorrow, he will be 28.. I like them young what can I say!! Of course every year at this time he teases me about how old I am until his birthday rolls around, this year is worse of course since I turned 30.

So far 30 hasn't been too bad.. I am just going to keep telling myself it is the new 20 like all my 30 year old plus friends keep telling me!!
